At 12:01 AM every Sunday, I check postsecret.com  for its newest update.

If you don’t already know about the site, it is basically just a blog where people send in their secrets on a postcard and some are displayed on the web page.

To me, I think it is one of the biggest stress relievers. I personally know that my darkest secrets are not shared with anyone because I don’t know who I can trust with them. By sending my secrets to Postsecret, I get them off of my chest but also don’t have to admit they are my own. I have one of my secrets displayed in one of the Postsecret books.. but no one will ever know which book or most importantly, which secret it is.

I also think Postsecret is a cool way to feel connected with people from all different places. Almost every week, I can find a secret that I could apply to my own life. It is comforting to know that there really are people out there who are feeling the way I feel and experiencing the things I do throughout my own life.
